The firm is founded and led by Attorney Aziz Emre YILMAZ, a distinguished legal practitioner whose career is defined by a relentless pursuit of academic excellence and practical success.
1. Educational Foundation & International Vision
Mr. Yılmaz graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law, one of Turkey’s established legal institutions. However, his vision extended beyond national borders early in his career. To deepen his understanding of global justice systems, he spent years in Europe, receiving specialized training in International Criminal Law. This European experience provided him with a unique comparative perspective on human rights and cross-border litigation.
2. Advanced Legal Studies (LL.M. & Ph.D.)
Believing that the best attorneys are those who master the theory of law, Aziz Emre YILMAZ successfully completed his Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Public and Criminal Law. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. (Doctorate) in Istanbul, conducting advanced research that contributes to the development of legal doctrine. This academic depth allows our firm to construct defense strategies based on profound legal interpretation, often identifying nuances that others overlook.
3. A Mentor in the Legal Community
Beyond his role as a litigator, Mr. Yılmaz is an active educator. He regularly provides professional training on Criminal Law to other lawyers and legal interns. This role as a "lawyer who teaches lawyers" cements his status as an authority figure in the Turkish legal community.
